Raymarine forum

I have a sail boat with a Raymarine VHF54e and C90w. Software is up to date.
Currently, if I need to call up a ship from the plotter screen target list I need to write down the MMSI number from the plotter screen and enter this into the VHF directly which is very slow and prone to error.
Is it possible to initiate a DSC call directly to a target on the plotter ?

Not only would the software of the MFD need to support the feature which you have inquired about, but the software of the VHF radio would need to support this feature as well. To date, the software within Raymarine MFDs and VHF radios has not supported the feature which you have inquired about. While no further software updates will be released for the C-Series Widescreen MFDs, a feature request will be logged to consider this feature for inclusion within the software of currently manufactured and future Raymarine MFD and VHF radio designs.
