It seems that the SonarChart Live log data appears on top of the standard Navionics (non-sonarchart) map. This clutters up the display as the sonarchart log data is very dense and ultimately makes it hard to see the radar overlay. Is there a way to turn off the sonarchart log from the non-sonarchart map? I still want to log the data but dont want to see it on the non-sonarchart map.

As long as Sonar Logging is configured ON, the MFD will be recording sonar logs to the Navionics chart card. The SonarChart Live feature control whether the logged data will be included within the displayed cartography. Should the density of the contours displayed by the SonarChart Live feature clutter the screen, then this feature may simply be switch OFF. As long as the Sonar Logging feature remains enabled, the MFD will continue to log sonar data which may then be later displayed by configuring the SonarChart Live to ON again.
