No, we don't make that adaptor plate. This is because we expect that most people replacing eS displays will go to Axiom Pro, which has the same cutout and fit, very similar cosmetics and functionality, and the same power cable. Axiom (non-Pro) is smaller and uses a different power cable, making the upgrade less straightforward.
