I then pull the card out, unplug the connectors, re-plug the power cord and the units powers on. Re plug other connectors and works fine. next day will not power up until repeat the above. Getting 12.6 volts at power plug. Any thoughts? Thank you. John

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum John,

Try removing the chart card alone before powering the system on in order to determine whether there may be an issue with the chart card (or potentially with the MFD's memory card reader).
