I will be installing a CP100 sounder module and would like to know if it is near a stereo speaker will that cause any interference?

Raymarine has not specified to maintain the CP100 away from speakers and I doubt that the speaker would have any adverse performance upon the CP100's performance. However, it is not recommended that transducer cable be bundled with other cables, as noise from the other cables may result in a coupling effect which manifests itself as noise within the resulting sonar plot.
