Has this display been updated to V3.11.42 and had a factory reset performed?

The software is up to date to this latest verion.
Also i have done a full factory reset on the unit.

Hello Chris,

It would appear there may be an issue with the transducer or the display. The nest step would be to hang a test transducer over the side of the boat if one is available or send the unit into our service department to be evaluated. Additionally if there is a Raymarine dealer in the area that also may be an option. Please see these links below,
