Full Version: Defective UniController?

Just received new Axiom Pro and have it on bench at home to get familiar before installing on vessel. I think the unicontroller might be defective... rotating the knob does nothing. And when using the directional buttons, I have to press much harder on the right side than on the left in order for the cursor to move.

What’s the best way to test the unicontroller ?

From what you are describing that unit has an issue. I would recommend getting a replacement unit from where you purchased it or send it into Raymarines service department. https://www.raymarine.com/view/index-id=779.html
