There is included in my Axiom 9 a foam piece about the size of screen that has adhesive on one side what is it for and/or where does it go?

Welcome to the forum,

The foam you're asking about is the internal part of a gasket that gets used if the Axiom is being mounted in a dash. Usually it gets discarded but I'm sure there is a creative use for it.
