Hello again. Looking for some info on resetting the mmsi in a ais 500.

I spoke to tech support about the issue and he refered me to the dealer portal for info on the reset. I cannot seem to find any info on the portal. Wondering if you can point me in the right direction.

MMSI is best reset by an Authorized Raymarine Service Dealer due to some technical challenges

Please click here -> Dealer Locater and take your AIS unit to the Dealer closest to your location to reset the MMSI
