I have one of each of these and it is a battle to get them to turn off via the power switch. What am I doing wrong. I press and hold it waiting for the countdown to start but keep getting no response and also pop ups that seem to block it. HELP

You do want to hold the power key down for a moment after the screen counts down and shuts off. If the displays appear to have an issue the next step would be to send them into our service department to be evaluated.
