Raymarine forum

I recently got the a98 and navionics charts, When i try to load the charts the screen they tell me to go to isn't there,
there is no or very few contour lines but it shows depth numbers,
I fish lake erie and the contour lines are why i bought the card, is it the unit or the card??
navionics had reloaded the card for me with my area,

what am i doing wrong??

It is necessary to configure the MFD's Chart application pages/panes to display the type of cartography which is on your chart card and desired to be view (ex. Navionics Nautical Charts, Navionics Sonar Charts, etc.). Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. Should you be using Navionics Platinum+, HotMaps Platinum (note: HotMaps charts do not provide coverage of the Great Lakes), or Navionics+ (updated to add Sonar Charts), then selecting Navionics Sonar Charts from the displayed Chart list will provide the greatest quantity of contours.
