Our grand trip miles are advancing but not our log miles. We have 2015 A, C, and E series MFDs. What is the cause and how can we resolve this?

Should the system not be fitted with a speed through water sensing device, then the Ground Log data item should be used. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject.
