Which transducers may be mated directly to the Axiom MFDs?
To view detailed information and examples concerning the types of transducers which may be used by the internal fishfinder sounder circuitry of Axiom DV and Axiom RV MFDs, please see the attached Axiom Sonar Options PDF file.
Note. If a Y-Cable is installed, but not connected to each of the intended types of transducers, then NO FISHFINDER FEATURES WILL BE SUPPORTED by the MFD. Accordingly, if the MFD is only going to be interfaced to one type of compatible transducer, then the corresponding Adapter Cable rather than a Y-Cable should be installed.
