I see many threads on moving waypoints or transferring them over, however, if I have Waypoints how do I create them in an excel sheet and import them? Also is there a template? Thank You.

Neither Raymarine manufactured MFDs, nor Raymarine currently offered navigational planning products support importing data from an Excel spreadsheet and then producing an GPX file which may then be imported into an a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD or Axiom MFD. You may want to consider searching the Internet for third party navigational software applications supporting the end which you are seeking. Two such programs which may yield success in the endeavor which you are seeking are GPSBabel and GPS Utility. When using third party products to produce GPX files, care should be taken to ensure that the characteristics of the waypoints match the constraints of the MFDs which will be importing the GPX files.
