Please note that engine systems are generally designed to report charging voltage, not battery voltage. Should you not already have configured your MFD to display the Alternator data item instead of the Battery Voltage data item, then it is recommended that you do so. NMEA 2000 battery data is commonly input to the system via a NMEA 2000 battery monitoring device (ex. Maretron DCM100, etc.).
