I have a C120W with the latest firmware and someone is trying to sell me a Raymarine 4069B-4D4KW radar dome which they state works. I have been trying to find out if this dome is compatible with my MFD. Does anyone know or can you point me in the right direction?

The part number you provided is for an integrated circuit within the radar. Unfortunately, I am unable to identify the radar from that IC number.
There should be a small sticker on the bottom of the dome, near the radar cable input, that should have one of the following part numbers: E92130, E92132, E92142, E92143. Any of those numbers are compatible with your display. Also, if the dome has the word "Digital" on the outside of the dome, it should be compatible.
