I have purchased a complete used system that is working. I wanted to replace the battery before it goes up the mast but can't see how to get it open. Is it replaceable?

The earlier versions of the mast head transmitter do not have a replaceable battery. If required we would recommend just changing the T120 Masthead with a new one and autonetworking it into the system.

It is up on mast and working. Gives great wind direction just does not spin cups easily so wind speed is off.

Should their be an issue with the used masthead wind transducer's speed bearing, then it would be recommended that it be returned to the party from whom it was purchased or sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
