The main control knob on the top of my eS128 will not function properly when I rotate the knob. Maybe only 1 click out of 15 will result in the proper operation. Any easy way to fix this?

We're sorry to learn of the reported issue with your eS128. When traversing menus or ranging a chart the each click of the MFD's rotary knob should result in movement to the next item within a menu or result in ranging the chart in or out. In this case it appears that the MFD's UniController has suffer a failure necessitating that it be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
