Im trying to update software to newest version 3.2.101. unit will recognize that version 3.2.101 is on the sd card. when i select update unit now, it says software update failed. current version is 3.1.605. Ive tried different sd cards, ive re-downloaded the file. im still getting the same result.

It is recommended that a Factory Reset (HOME-SETTINGS->THIS DISPLAY->FACTORY RESET) be commanded at that you then try the update again using a microSD memory card having a capacity which is no greater than 32GB and has been formatted with a FAT32 file system ... some microSD memory cards are being formatted from the factory with a file system which is not FAT32. Should you have addressed the items recommended above and should the problem persist then please respond accordingly.
