My old c80 plotter could show graphs, but I can’t find this feature on my eS75 so cant get graphs such as barometric pressure vs time, or wind speed vs time.
May this feature be considered for inclusion, please?

As you have suggested, MFDs running LightHouse II as well as those supporting LightHouse 3 software do not support graphing a data items. A feature request will be logged to consider this feature for inclusion within a future LightHouse II software update as well as the software for future MFD and MFID designs.
