Running Lighthouse II rev 19.03-00036

Display randomly shutting down (?) to blank screen. Requires restart with power button.

This is different to response to power loss as system reboots if power interrupted while on.

thankyou for your enquiry.

Although this is different to randomly rebooting, please refer to the FAQ shown here regarding the software reload and factory reset.

Please try this first

If the symptoms persist, isolate the unit from the rest of the system - unplug STng and any other peripheral units, remove the chart card and any other Micro SD cards in the card readers, check if symptoms persist with engine ON or engine OFF.

If still no improvement, then the MFD should be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center
