Negative. The latest information concerning all currently supported features of LightHouse 3 software may be found within the latest version of the LightHouse 3 Advanced Operation Guide. The Fuel Manager feature has not yet been added to the LightHouse 3 feature set, but remains among the LightHouse II features being considered for inclusion within a future LightHouse 3 software update.
