Configuration: One Axiom Pro RVX connected to one M265 LM. When the display is set to view both low frequency and medium frequency CHIRP, are both L and M frequencies pinging at 1KW each or are they pinging at 500W each?

A1. Both L and M frequencies will ping at 1kW when in depths requiring 1kW power. When operating in Auto, the power output of the MFD's internal 1kW CHIRP sounder circuitry will vary based upon depth ... lower power at shallow depths, ramping up to highest power as depth increases. The MFD's internal 1kW CHIRP sounder circuitry will typically reach maximum power output within a few hundred feet of depth.
