The FAQ please click here gives details of MSD card sizes which are acceptable.
You should not store waypoints or track archives on the same mSD card that is used for the Navionics charts.
You cannot copy the Navionics chart data onto a different mSD card, this is controlled by Navionics Licensing.

so once charts are loaded i can remove card? then should i use a seperate card for day to day ops?

The chart data always remains on the card which must be left in the MFD at all times
