I have 370ss Formula year 2006 with a factory installed C80. I would like to upgrade to a new unit, would it take much labor or is it plug and play.

An Axiom 9, Axiom 9 RV, Axiom Pro S, or Axiom Pro RVX MFD would typically be recommended for this application.
