Closing the loop on this, Chuck. I was able to perform the deviation cruise last night and it was successful with 6 degrees of max deviation. So I don't think electromagnetic interference was my issue but rather the voltage drops experienced when the starting batteries were failing (accompanied by the fact that my installer had wired the P70Rs to the starting batteries). Thank you for your help.
