Have the latest lighthouse firmware and latest navionics card installed in plotter

When phone connected to plotter and sync completed I can see the routes/markers I want to transfer in the plotter card archive folder.

When I tap to copy the data I get an error message that the card is in use and nothing transfers

what am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Mike,

Please verify that the MFD has been updated with LightHouse II v19.03 software. Given the symptom reported, it is recommended that the Navionics Boating app be shut down on the mobile device. If the problem persists after doing so, then please attach the problematic GPX file(s) to your response to permit us to duplicate the reported problem.
