Hi all,

We have a (working) Raymarine VHF radio which appears to be a 218 and a (working) A46051) remote handset.

The pins on the external connector for the handset keep getting broken and I'm looking for replacement connectors so I can buy a bag and keep replacing them as they get damaged!

Only the male connector is getting damaged - the female attached to the remote handset is fine.

Thx.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum lunatics,

Unfortunately, Raymarine does not offer a separate part for the RayMic plug alone. The plug assembly married to the RayMic's cable during the production process. Damage to the plug would typically necessitate replacement of the RayMic cable packaged with the RayMic (R42124). Unfortunately, the latter is no longer available. You may want to consider contacting Gemeco Gemeco, Inc. (Airmar’s US distributor (803 693 0777)) who offers a number of such plugs and sockets. By matching the number of pins, their locations on the face of the socket, indexing key, and plug shaft diameter accommodated, it may be possible for Gemeco to recommend a replacement Conxall socket.
I have the same issue. I was given R42124 as the part number for the replacement cable but have not been able to source this. Any new suggestions?
IrishRover,

It is recommended that Raymarine Order Services be contacted regarding the availability parts. Parts may also be ordered via Raymarine order Services.
Thank you Chuck
