I updated to Lighthouse 3.7.70 and the option to change the wind angle and wind speed response rates has apparently been removed from Dashboard settings menu advanced tab. Is there a new place to change these response rates?

The function is not currently available in Light House 3 v3.7, the functions are currently planned to be released in Q2 in 2019.
May I ask what software version you have upgraded from and what model is your multi-functional display?
