Good morning. I attempted to update my Axiom 9 from v3.6.32 to v3.7.70. The process ran updated the AIS 700, ran a 10 minute clock, then locked at 0m 0s. Screen photo attached. I was not able find troubleshooting recommendations using search. Thanks for any help.

The software update appears to be hung in attempting to communicate with the Quantum radome to update the radome's software. If would be recommended that you ensure that the circuit which is supplying power to the Quantum radome is switched ON. If not, then switch it ON. Had it been switched ON, then switch it OFF and then back ON again.
