Good Morning,

I'm upgrading my instruments and will include an Axiom7 DV, i70S and ITC5.
The current wind display on my boat has "Z094" printed on the back.
When I asked previously on this tech forum it was identified this as a ST50 Wind Display.
It was noted the wind transducer for this instrument is not compatible with the ITC5.

Can I replace the current mast top wind transducer with model R28170 or do I need to replace the cable and base as well?
I think that would be model E22078?

When replacing the ST50 Wind Instrument with and iTC-5 and i70S MFID, there is no need to replace the masthead block and cable as long as they are in good shape. One would simply unplug the current installed wind transducer from the masthead block and then plug in the R28170 Standard (14-1/2") Forward Wind Transducer or R28171 Long Forward Wind Transducer (26-1/2").
