Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Mike,
Bent / broken pins within a Dragonfly display's power/transducer socket are typically the result of having rotated the socket's locking ring beyond its stops. Unfortunately like other products featuring a permanently sealed case, the components within a Dragonfly display (to include its power/transducer socket) cannot be repaired. Such damage would not typically be covered by the product's warranty. However, you may want to consider discussing the matter with Raymarine's warranty team (warranty@raymarine.com).
