I have read the manual and still can't work out how to change the measurement setting on my gauges. I want to set my depth to metres my wind speed to knots and my SOG to knots.
It has to be an easy process but the manuals were useless in doing this.
I have also tried using the Favourites page also without luck.

Can you confirm what instruments you are trying to change the units on? Have you a MFD networked to the instruments?
