Hi Raymarine,

I am trying to follow the instructions on Page 57 of the Lighthouse2 (Release 19) Multifunction display instructions. Section 3.20 System Software updates.

I select Homescreen > Set-up > Maintenance > Check Online for Updates.

I get the error message that I have uploaded along with this post "Software cannot be updated while pilot is engaged, or while radar is transmitting."

I went back to double check that both were off (see attached screenshot showing that the Quantum Radome is Off and that Pilot Status is Standby).

I also checked that the Internet connection was working. Am I doing this right?

You are following the correct method to update the eS127 via wifi through the MFD.

Was the autopilot or radar engaged before you tried to attempt the software update without a power cycle?

Whilst you were attempting the software update, were you alongside in a marina?

What software are you trying to update to? Lighthouse 2 v19.03?

I would suggest trying this again but after a power cycle to begin with.
