The reported symptom is indicative of a failure within the MFD's video circuitry. Unfortunately, Raymarine's Product Repair Center can no longer service E-Series Classic MFDs. The only way to address the reported issue would be to replace the system's MFD(s) with currently manufactured equipment or locate a second hand E120 to replace this failing MFD. If selecting the latter option, then it is recommended that one proceed with caution to ensure that the second hand unit is fully functional and that its price reflect that these MFDs can no longer be serviced.
