The reported issue may be indicative of a second source of GPS data within the system and/or a data loop. Please attach a system diagram of the system identifying each of the marine electronics devices within the system and how they have been interfaced to the system. It is additionally recommended that you use the Data Sources feature of a MFD, i70/i70S, or p70/p70S/p70R/p70RS within the system to determine 1) whether more than one source of GPS data is present within the system, and if so, 2) to designate that the GPS data source having an unobstructed view of the skies as the system's Data Source for GPS as well as Date & Time.
