I have recently been told that to finish a axiom software update, it is necessary to to a factory reset on the unit. Is this true?? Ive done more than i can count and have never done any factory resets before. Thank you

It is generally not necessary to perform a Factory Reset to the MFD running LightHouse 3 or LightHouse II software unless odd behaviors are experienced following the software update. However, if a problem is encountered following a software update, then the likely first action which will be recommended by Product Support will be to perform a Factory Reset.
