How do I adjust the size of the waypoint arrivel circle, the manual says I can, but how? Also can I skip the next waypoint, when following a route?

The waypoint arrival circle is not configured within an autopilot's settings. Instead, the waypoint arrival circle is configured within the settings of the system's chartplotting product ... in this case, your Axiom MFD. The command sequence HOME->ALARMS->SETTINGS->ARRIVAL RADIUS is used to configured the arrival circle's radius.
