Raymarine forum

I have recently installed an Axiom Pro 9 system and have been busy creating routes and waypoints.

A boating buddy has an a97 system that he has not created any routes on.

Can I simply backup my routes and waypoints and restore them on his system to get him started?

If running LightHouse 3 v3.8.105 in your MFD and LightHouse II v19.06 in the a-Series MFD, then it task should be as simple as exporting the data from your MFD to a microSD memory card, placing that microSD memory card into the a-Series MFD, and then commanding the a-Series MFD to import the waypoints and routes stored on the microSD memory card. If the Axiom Pro MFD is running LightHouse 3 v3.9.46, then you will want to verify that none of the waypoint names or route names longer than 16 characters.
