Hi:
We had our 4Kw 24 repaired this winter and finally got it on the boat. They replaced the main I/F board. It appears to be powering up but once its running we get a message on our E165 (with v.19.03 firmware)that says:

Radar 4KW 24" HD Color Radome (-20014) Off/Not connected. Need help sorting this out. Have checked connections etc.

Thoughts?

I'm sorry to learn of the reported issue. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. Should the items within the referenced FAQ have been addressed and should the problem persist, then it would be recommended that radome be returned to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
