Unfortunately, this long ago retired product is no longer supported and parts are no longer available for it. The Raystar 114's upper shell featured threads and was rotated onto its base which featured matching threads. During the period in which the Raystar 114 had been supported, the repair centers had been supplied with a special tool (not available to the public) which was similar to a strap wrench to facilitate separating the sensor's upper shell from its base.
