Is there an option to show all vessels by name in chart like you see it when adding a vessel as a buddy In axiom pro ?

I am to assume you are operating Lighthouse 3 on an Axiom Pro?
There is no option to have a databox displayed on all AIS targets, you can individually toggle these on by hotspotting the AIS target and toggling the infobox option on.

Yes lh3 on axiom pro...so there is no other way ? Upgrading software ?
And also...can i change the color green of ais targets into another color ?

You cannot change the colour of the AIS targets, these are governed by legislation as to the colour and design. We cannot change these.
