[CA11] not recognizing transducers - DVRoehl - 03-08-20 12:02 PM
I have an Axiom 9 part number E70367 with an RV100 transducer
trying to add a P66 Transducer part number E66054 using Y cable Part Number A80492.
when using the Y cable the unit doesnt recognize either transducer
is there a setting I need to change?

It is recommended that you ensure that your MFD has been updated with LightHouse 3 v3.11.42 or later software and that after having done so, that a Power ON Factory Reset Procedure has been performed to the MFD, and that the MFD's settings have been manually reconfigured, rather than restored from a saved settings file. Should the problem persist thereafter, then it would be recommended that the Y-Cable be returned to Raymarine for replacement.
