[TG11] CPT120 Tranducer with Axiom or Axiom Pro? - TheOiler - 05-13-20 08:13 PM

I'm planning an upgrade from an eS78 to an Axiom or Axiom pro. I now have a CPT120 transducer. Is this transducer compatible with Axiom?
Or will the recommended transducer fit in the CPT120's bore size for installation?

Hello TheOiler,

Yes, you can use the eS78's CPT120 with an Axiom 7 DV, Axiom 7/9/12 RV or Axiom Pro RVX via an adaptor cable, part numbers as follows:
  • Axiom 7 DV: no adaptor required, direct connect
  • Axiom 7/9/12 RV: A80490
  • Axiom Pro RVX: A80490

Axiom non-RV/non-DV and Axiom Pro S are not compatible with this transducer.

To get the RealVision 3D and SideVision images, you would need to change the CPT120 for the RV-series transducer(s) suitable for your hull.

Regards,
Tom
