Yes, but a bracket will need to be fabricated because of the tilt of the outboard motor. I have enclosed a picture below showing that type of installation. I would recommend the SeaStar Smartstick (Raymarine version), we work with their linear rudder reference.... There is a specific Raymarine part number at the bottom of the link.
