I have two E120W on my 48' Cruisers Yacht. I would like to upgrade on E120W to a ES127 this year, and upgrade the other maybe next year.
are there any problems with doing this?
will the E120W be able to show the same information as the ES127?
anything i need to watch out for?

The only issue here is that the two displays, the E120W and the eS127 cannot be networked together. They are totally different processor wise and don't play nice together. You can have both on the boat, but you cannot share devices / chart information. What ever you plug into each device is what you can utilize / see on that device. In other words they need to be on separate networks.
