i have a classic c-120 mdf with a dsm300 sonar. is the cp 100 chirp module with a cpt120 xducer compatable?

Hi Charles and welcome to the forum,
Unfortunately, at the time of this post, the CP100 is not compatible with the C120 classic displays. You would need one of the displays in the Lighthouse II family, or newer, to use that product.

Unfortunately, the C-Series Classic MFDs were exclusively designed for use with the DSM250, DSM30, and DSM300 fishfinder sounder module and the transducers which were designed to be mated to these sounder modules. With respect to upgrading, were you considering replacing the MFD? If not, were there some specific features (ex. autopilot, radar, Sirius Satellite Weather / Radio, instrument display, etc.) which you were seeking to add to the system?
