when I try to update my axiom using my phone as a hotspot it tries to connect then fails and freezes up and I have to cut the power to the unit

The reported issue may be resulting from the older version of software within the Axiom MFD or from a slow Internet connection (check for 4G). It is recommended that the MFD's software be updated via a microSD memory card rather than Wi-Fi.
