Plese I ned help!!!,
I recently installed a t 463 thermal camera by raymarine.
the controls in the gs165 are inverted, when you swipe left or right it goes up nd down.
any suggestions ?

Per our phone conversation, the reported symptoms may occur when the camera has been configured for ball-down configuration and the camera has been installed with its indexing mark oriented toward the bow rather than toward the stern of the vessel. Accordingly, it is recommended that the thermal camera be removed from its overhead mounting surface, that it then be oriented with its indexing mark facing toward the stern, and that the camera then be fastened to the overhead mounting surface.
