Can you use a wireless automobile back up camera with an Es MFD? If yes, will analog, digital or wifi work?

Thank you for your enquiry.
Wireless will not be able to be used, possibly analogue signals can be used, but it very much depends on the camera specification, signal levels and range. Raymarine have not tested any such cameras and would refer you to the cameras listed on the product website here
